Our Lord Jesus is amazing and is doing great things here in Pretoria.
We are staying at a place that is just North of Johannesburg, but it is
closer to Pretoria.  The place we stay is called Alabanza.  I have been
busy doing all sorts of training and spiritual warefare training here.
Let's just say several of my teammates have been under attack.  Satan
is upset that we are here.  But praise Jesus we are here.  Some of the
preparation work includes language training.  I am currently learning
Sa-Swani, Zulu, Africaans, and Su-Swati.  Crazy huh!  When I come back
I'll be speaking with little clicks in my voice.  I am here for one
thing and one thing only.  To seek the Lord.  He has been showing me
many things since I have been here.  He has also made me give up many
of my old ways.  I am glad he has broughten me here a broken vessel so
that he can fill me up and send me out into the world.  It is
frustrating not having much communication, but that is OK.  Y'all know
me I talk to anyone and everyone (even if their english isn't great).
So yea we started our ministry work this week.  We broke up into 4
teams.  Our team was about 8 people and we were sent to Aterageville.
It is a place where people live illegally on land that isn't theres
with really poor housing, outhouses, and all the rest.  I am broken for
the people here.  They have absolutely nothing and still want to share
it with you when you visit them.  The streets are dirty and rocky and
maybe 1 out of every 15 kids is wearing shoes.  I weep for them and yet
they still have smiles on their faces as we play soccer with them and
sing songs with them.  Wow so much to write and really not much time to
do it.  We met a couple guys Lucas, Moses, Lucas's mom and cousin Mary
and Peter.  My friend michelle and I sat with them for a couple of
hours and it is their culture to give us their chairs.  They sat down
on the ground and talked to us for hours.  Seriously who does that in
the US.  They had NO money at all pretty much, but somehow found 7
Rhand (one US dollar) to buy us a Coke (because they said we needed it)
and they shared their last bit of bread with us.  They would not take
no for an answer.  So we shared the Gospel with them over some coke and
white bread.  We believe Moses has AIDS but we're not sure yet.  He
does go to church though.  Please pray for healing of them and that God
protects all the children there.  It is common to have abuse, rape,
theft, and even murder where we are at.  Pray for the people of
aterageville.  In all ways though pray for this ministry!  That God
will do everything to bring them to Him.  There is crazy things that
the America churchs don't see as real that happen every week here.
Healing happens all the time.  We lay our hands on them and pray that
in the Name of Jesus he heal them.  I have not personally done it, but
it has happened.  Stories like people getting up after not being able
to walk for 3 years.  They get right up and go back to work.  The last
thing I'll have time to write about is when we did a program on
Wednesday the 26th.  We walked the streets and got people to come.
There was about 120 kids and maybe 50 adults.  We sang songs, did drime
dramas, and preached to them.  Then we did an altar call out in the
street.  People came up and we prayed over them for about 40 minutes.
I was shouting that Jesus would come to them, protect them, and provide
for them.  I prayed for maybe 100 people and then we hopped in our van
and went home.  Our ministry is usually 1-5pm in the afternoon.  So
when you're eating breakfast tomorrow pray for my team.  That we be
excellent witnesses to Jesus Christ's Ministry.  Love you all.
